SHIPPING

  • We offer FREE worldwide shipping! Details about shipping will be emailed to customer after payment is verified.
  • Tracking Information takes time to update, if you use our "Track Order" feature and you don't see an update, please check back in a day or two for it to populate.
  • Shipping time will depend in which country you ordered from. 
  • We ship your order after the payment is verified (2-3 business days).
  • All shipping will include tracking information sent to customer's e-mail.

     

    WARRANTY

    • King Seven Eyewear offers 2 YEARS Manufacturer's Warranty for all of our products.
    • Frame, Lens only are covered with the warranty.
    • Products will be returned to us before sending replacements.

      King Seven Eyewear warrants that the purchased product is free from manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

      This warranty does not cover: scratches on sun lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to the prescription lenses.

     

    RETURNS

    • We offer 30 days returns on all of our products.
    • Products must include all original packaging.
    • 25% restocking fee for opened products / no restocking fee on unopened products
    • Shipping returns will be paid by customer.

     

    REFUNDS

    • Orders not received by customer will be refunded after 70 days.
    • Sale items (if applicable)
      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
